Roadster: Drift Drop-Top Showdown Round 2 just ended and a lot of people showed love and support. Aside from drivers from California, there were drivers that came from Idaho and Colorado and that's what we call pure d-e-d-i-c-a-t-i-o-n!!! Not only people from the Miata community showed support but from others too and we appreciate that.
People started showing up the night before the event camping out, having bbq, chilling and relaxing before the event. The tech inspection started 7:30AM and there were 4 run groups namely: Beginner Grip, Advanced Grip, Beginner Drift and Advanced Drift. We have great turnouts after the event and one of them is having a new best grip lap time in HTM and it belongs to the Red Miata MSM of Sonny a.k.a. VagaXt with a time of 1 minute and 2 seconds. There were a couple of mishaps like Jeff's FC and Jimmy's S14 but at the end of the day everybody had a lot of tracktime.
